I would never recommend this practice. The office staff is completely incompetent. It took 5 phone calls to correctly fax my script for an important test. I had to call 3 times to request medical records to be sent to a doctor they recommended and then they told me it would take a long time to complete the request. I had to keep calling because no one would call me back.
