Dr. Smith is good. His office folks and billing is really bad. I know of several folks who have left his practice due to serious billing issues. Now......I too am going through yet the 3rd major billing issue. Had issues after last visit past April. Had to get BCBS to help me. Once again. Now...August...4 months later...they have sent me another bill for that same mess up...after they spoke to my insurance company and confirmed I was being over charged...AGAIN. BILLING N OFFICE STAFF GET AN 'F'
