To start the appointment, my experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, yet after waiting about 45 minutes, I asked for an update on the delay. The response I received was, “I don’t know, just be patient,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I was finally called back, only to wait again before seeing the doctor. When I did see him, the visit lasted no more than five minutes before I was sent on my way. I had been informed ahead of time that I would be receiving an allergy test, but was told during the visit that they were unable to perform it. Overall, the lack of communication, excessive wait times, and minimal attention from the provider made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my visit, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for care. Frankly, Dr. Boyd would be better suited flipping burgers at McDonald’s than practicing medicine.
