Although I'm an active patient I still find it very difficult to reach anybody by phone to schedule or reschedule it's typical that I'll call leave a voicemail message and if I'm lucky I will receive a call back 72 hours at best unfortunately. While registering at the office for an appointment everyone is helpful and nice. Unfortunately this is not what you get if you call the office and have to leave a voicemail message. Also, perhaps most unfortunately is having the provider follow up after an appointment and provide results after they told you they would. I have to say, I've been a patient for years every time I've been told by the physician assistant that he would call me and a couple days and let me know what test one or test two results are or what medication changes for me, I never get a phone call. I ALWAYS have to call the office several times for reply. C. Knipper PA-C is a great provider. Follow through is AWFUL! It's always been and remains atrocious, sadly.
