Horrible experience, I should’ve listened to other reviews. A friend mentioned how a coworker used to work for Dr. Branca’s office and it is horribly run. Absolutely true. First, placed on hold by a nurse and picked up by every other department including medical records. As for Dr. Branca, she will give a lot of pushback and do what she feels is best regardless of whatever orders are given from a hospital. Needed to get a skin test done for my daughter, and she is refusing to and wants to do a blood work test, because SHE feels it’s more accurate, even after the hospital had to apologize for her behavior which they shouldn’t have. The hospital made it very clear what they’re asking for and she’s refusing to. Finding another office and doctor who will actually LISTEN. Heed my warning: stay away from this place. The only positive thing about this office is the ample parking, the fact that it’s clean, and the availability on a Saturday. Could never be desperate enough to stay at such a disorganized office as a patient. Such a shame because they have potential to be a good office. But glad I’m listening to personal reviews now. Check out the Huntington office, they are much more organized and understanding to the patient’s needs and hospital’s orders.
