I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I visited the office for routine, x-ray and fitting for a partial, I had a panic attack right in the office. I requested the dr prescribe me something for the next visit. The dentist agreed, I had to have a tooth extracted, it was no issue. I called because weeks after I was still in pain. Called took someone almost 2 days to call me back. I requested for my next visit something be prescribed to me. The receptionist was questioning me, like do you need that? I can call the doctor but they might not get back to me in time. Questioning someone with severe anxiety gives them more anxiety. Maybe if there had been notes in my file that said this, but no. This office says it cares and strives to make their patients feel comfortable, this is not the case. I cancelled my appointment because this office gave me more anxiety about going to a dentist. It was extremely upsetting. I did not feel comfortable coming back in.
