We came in because we were told we needed a psychiatric evaluation, despite not getting medication management there (child was there for therapy only, due to ongoing med management elsewhere). She asked questions, then talked over the patient & when pt answered, she repeated back something entirely different. She ONLY does telehealth there & so we never really met her in person. Pt has multiple, valid, mental health diagnoses that have been verified & agreed on by multiple doctors over the last decade, including a major childrens' hospital in Philly. She threw all of it out the window, said she would not prescribe his bipolar meds because he didn't need them & everything was a sensory disorder. She had her opinions set long before we got there & was not going to change her mind on any of it. She feels entitled to her opinion & I am entitled to not take my kid to someone that won't listen to the patient or family & is guaranteeing harm &-or hospitalization to the child. F-
