My 8 year old fell out of bed and cut her chin open. We were highly impressed with the tender, detailed care Dr. Black gave our daughter. We were on edge as our registration process was not smooth, and a nurse touched the open wound without gloves, but the moment Dr. Black took over, everything was perfection. She even played some wonderful music to calm our child. The stitches were above and beyond beautiful. She made us feel calm by narrating every step of the process, and the discharge instructions were clear. We will be forever grateful for the excellent, excellent service we received by Dr. Black, especially as we were initially agitated and very concerned. Thank you for your expertise, and superior bedside manner! 7.24.24
