The lady name terry in the front desk had a terrible attitude, tossed my debit card and referral because she had to make changes from my insurance to my wife insurance so it can cover the $125 because my insurance does not cover. She was huffing and puffing. Will never recommend this place. She needs to be fired. What makes me made is that it was for my 4 year old eye appointment. Linda tried to help us at the end but we will try else where.
