Very ill post upper and lower scope, unable to reach Dr. Blaney for days after, and repeatedly told to go to urgent care by BJC schedulers and nurses who would not connect me with any covering doctor or PA who could help. When Dr. Blaney did finally call days later, she offered no cause or explanation for what showed up on my scope, offered no further testing, was unwilling to investigate further why it was happening, and prescribed a medication I previously told her I did not tolerate well. When I asked if the medication had shown to be effective to treat what was revealed on the scope, she said NO but said there was nothing else she could offer. Very poor experience overall.
