1st) friendly staff. 2nd) clean environment. 3rd) professional, organize office practices. Last month my 8yo son went in for his first visit at this dentist office. They made him feel like gold his whole visit even though this is a stressful time for everyone with the pandemic. Dr. McGee helped him understand his current practices were not getting the results he wanted, especially long term. She did it without making him or me feel bad about ourselves - but it was also VERY apparent we needed to step it up. He hasn’t missed a day of flossing since and there is less push back when he’s told it’s time to brush.
