This was my first visit with Dr Perelstein. From the very first moment she was not only super personable, but totally engaged with me. She was fully aware of my complicated medical history and listened closely and with deep respect to my observations. She addressed the issue of my breathlessness with a deep knowledge of RX and offered other solutions and a much clearer description of how to deal with the dangers of general anesthesia for me-alleviating my fears of needing surgery in the future. She also included me her extensive note taking rather than just typing away. I am so grateful to her for giving me her attention and expertise. She has made my post stroke life so much less stressful and so much more hopeful. I can’t say enough about how fortunate I am to have her in my life now.
