Absolutely awful, we called into the office because our child has had a lot of health issues and we were concerned. We received a call back from Dr. Alto called us back because our doctor was on vacation. Dr. Alto was THE RUDEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! Belittling my wife for asking questions and being concerned, and after she was done she decided that it was a good idea to HANG UP ON US. I mean I get it. Its ok to have a bad day and all but to yell at a worried mother over the phone. What an absolute joke. I would advise to find a different pediatric doctor, even if she was the last peds doctor on earth.
