He was horrible. Went to the ER and he did absolutely nothing. He was not solution oriented. Nothing was done at my ER stay and it was the fastest most worthless visit I’ve had. I had pneumonia and my after visit summary paper said “acute cough,” and nothing about pneumonia. I didn’t feel listened to, heard, or empathized with. The ER I went to is probably the least busy one in the kc metro area, and I yet I was received little care, no tests, no IV, no blood work, nothing. He was horrible and visit was worthless.
