Took my disabled adult brother to ER for eye issue. I'm my brother's fill-time, sole caregiver and have been for 15 years. Dr. spent less than a minute looking at brother's eyes and diagnosing pink eye. He didn't ask a question or field any of my questions. Next day went to Wills Eye ER and found that the condition is MUCH worse than pink eye and could cause permanent eye damage. In his notes, Dr wrote that I was 'staff' at my brother's 'group' home. This is obviously incorrect. The note was filled with fictions, errors, and internal consistencies. I've had good experiences at Pottstown Hospital. This Dr was not one of them.
