Dr. Armstrong was recommended to me for cataract surgery and I am so thankful for that recommendation. First, it’s not just Dr. Armstrong, it’s the atmosphere of the office, the staff, cleanliness and attitude of everyone involved with that very important “first impression”. I arrived early, and was seen early by staff who were friendly, professional and very efficient. I was then seen by Dr. Armstrong who conducted her exam. The Staff works together like they are a family who helps each other and assists each other in everything. Dr. Armstrong is very professional, personable and explains the procedure, options, and costs. Then comes the first surgery, the Surgery Center is clean, a great staff and they all work as a team. I get my name and age checked by everyone I come in contact with and they all want to know what procedure I’m having done and “point to the eye we are going to work on today”. Everyone wants to tell me what their part of my surgery is and ask if I have questions.
