The failure of this Doctor is her RN. Her lack of knowledge and willingness to do her job, plus her unprofessional attitude, failure to return messages in a timely manner, and her coarse response in replies is highly disturbing. Dr. Cooper’s reputation suffers due to this issue, which she evidently refuses to address.
