When we started going 5 to 6 years ago, the practice was a lot smaller and better ran and we received better care. Now, because the practice has gotten so big its very difficult to not feel rushed in the appointments. When you need an emergency appointment for a sick child you have to wait days to get an appointment and they just refer you to go to urgent care. Its very concerning that they do not have enough doctors on staff to get an appointment when needed. That is the whole point in having a pediatrician, is it not. And the receptionist was not helpful at all and just dismissed my concerns and said we just don't have a doctor available.
