Too old to work any longer. He forgets who you are, why you are there. He forgets to prescribe and/or refill medications after your appointments. Then when you call about the medications, he says he hasn't seen you and you need to make an appointment! I have worse information I could report, but it will identify so I cannot, but he is literally endangering the health/life of my family member. From what I am reading, this behavior goes back to at least 2014, so you know that Vista Clinic knows this.
