Was given meds with ingredients I'm allergic to that they had previously been informed of, Dr Santiago was nonchalant saying oh well we have an epi pen, then Dr cracked my tooth during routine baby (his descriptive word not mine) filling & didn't inform me, then they erased all my x-rays from their system after I requested copies of my x-rays and once Dr realized I would need a crown to repair damage he caused.
