Patient Reviews
Feb 05, 2026
I was looking forward to meeting Dr. Crowell. I had to wait an hour and 1/2 to see him. the gentleman seated next to me had also been waiting and hour and 1/2. Before I saw him, his assistant told me that they would need to dilate my eyes. I warned her that I don't have anyone to drive me home and she assured me that I would be fine. Sadly, that was not the case; I drove home terrified because I could not read the street signs. It was very scary. The drops lasted for about 5 hours. When I told the assistant about my experience, she said, 'Sorry for the miscommunication.' No miscommunication- she gave me the wrong information. If i had got in a car accident I wonder if thy could be sued, like bartenders. They also sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I sent Dr. Crowell my concerns w/no response. His manger told me that I would have to make an appointment with him. Really? Hard pass.
