'Dr. Haeger over-booked patients and then made me wait. I waited 50 minutes to see an absolutely no-nothing assistant of Haeger's, not Haeger himself. Haeger had too many patients to handle them all, she said. But she could not answer half of my very easy questions. Is ignorance what I'm paying for? And then she recommended that I did not need to change my therapy, completely contradicting what Hager had said about three months earlier. It's why he recommended another sleep study! In the end I had to pay for an unneeded doctor visit and an unneeded sleep study. Hundreds of dollars down the drain because of their incompetence. Just the most frustrating doctor experience I can remember.'
