Rude staff! They don't value your time. I had an appt and waited 2 hours before I was seen, and no one apologized. Office employees are the doctor's family members and no one cares about the patient. The doctor has witnessed his family being rude and nasty to his patients, but nothing is said. Over 90% of the patients are elderly. Do not take your loved ones here. I was sitting in th waiting area and heard the recptionist talk to a patient on the phone and she was short, and kurt; when she finished with the call, she made a comment and sighed.
