Dr. Kramer is neither professional, helpful, nor ethical. My elderly mother was referred to a doctor who works with Kramer - Kramer would not allow her to see that doctor. When my mother asked Kramer questions about the procedure he wished to perform on her, Kramer told her that it wasn’t his job to answer questions, and she should come back when she wanted his help - he was done with her. Kramer’s ego prevented my confused and frightened mother from getting the help she needed in time. Since other people have such nice things to say about Kramer, and he is so honored in his profession, I can only conclude that he gives special treatment to some patients, and treats others with cruel callousness when nobody is looking. His receptionist told me as much.
