MY holy spirit led me to the office of Dr Hass to talk about colostomy takedown. The team did a quick in office exam and said Dr Hass will see me after. Dr Hass arrived with very jolly demeanor. Dr Hass invited me into his board room so we could talk. DR Hass said 'what happened to you'. As I explained, he listened carefully. I knew then I was in Great hands. Dr Hass took the time to explain what he read from my Emergency surgery 4 months prior. He assured me I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.DR Hass LEADS an AMAZING TEAM. HE explained how and what needed to be done and also what each team member would do. DR Hass made me feel important, not just another CLAIM#. Dr Hass Loves his Job!! He made a plan and Nothing but GIFTED HANDS TOUCHED ME. TOTAL SUCCESS WITH COLOSTOMY TAKEDOWN!!. DR Hass gave me a BIG Hug and said he could do the work!! I Love you Dr Hass.
