I have had GI issues since I was a teen, so have experienced many upper and lower scopes and procedures and GI docs. Dr. Plott is the best all-around. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He made sure that I knew the plan in detail before my last procedure , not assuming I already knew. He has helped me heal some ulcers that I never even believed could heal. I followed his advice to the letter, and he was right. It worked. To be sure, the prep and fasting leaves you weak and hangry, but he and the staff try to get you as comfortable as possible in this difficult time. Stopping by the blanket warmer first was the best touch! I would probably say yes to a warm blanket on check-in.
