I have had 13 orthopedic surgeries over 30 years, including 2 at the Mayo Clinic, others in Denver and in Sarasota, Florida. Dr Nelson is the best orthopedic surgeon of all of these physicians. In addition to expert technical skills, he listens to his patients carefully and communicates with them in detail. He takes no medical action unless the patient and he share a comfort level about any procedure. I recommend him unconditionally.
