Her office manager, and also husband, Damien, was instructed to give me a referral to another Dr and to physical therapy. None of it was done, or there were problems with some things. When I called, Damien, over spoke me, hung up on me & when seeing my phone number on caller ID continued to pick up the phone and hang it up each time I called. I've gotten no resolution. I've been on crutches for months, part of my call was in regards to my physical therapy which he never sent the referral for.
