I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I was having horrible shoulder pain and although I like all the doctors and staff at Kaiser she was above and beyond. Her care, compassion and empathy really touched me and I felt so much better after seeing her. The same thing occurred with my next visit I know it was not but it seemed almost magical! Her positive attitude towards me and my condition, dealing with the pain I was in and encouraging me to work towards some kind of recovery through physical therapy was just great. Unfortunately she said she was taking another position out of the area so I won't be able to see her again but I hope she knows how appreciated she is. She should be teaching other doctors how to interact patients, if not now perhaps later in her career. She has a real gift for it.
