One of the worst experiences of my life. Dr Janssen was very unfeeling toward being unable to get my tooth numb. One root was terribly inflamed. He kept injecting more numbing medicine directly in root. It was absolutely excruciating. He had other people already numbed up waiting for their procedures. He seemed to only care about getting it over quickly. I will never return to this office again. It is a factory, one patient right after the next, no patient 7privacy at all. Very disappointing!
