I had to meet with Dr Santos due to RME for my worker comp case and while I have 7 Doctors now that fights against his Flase reports, my lawyers are also filing legal charges against him for falsely reporting in an RME, 7 Doctors said my work injury is in results of a fall when my manger bump into me causing me to fall and hit my head neck and lower back. I have video evidence of my injuries as well as my visit with this Dr. While RME will be throw out in court anyways I want to warm people. I was there in a wheelchair, back brace and had a crane. Video evidence comfirms it as well. The Dr lied saying I could return to work but my job will not allow me to return there plus 7 other doctors said I can’t return to work. Be careful and make sure you have a camera and a lawyer handing your workers comp. This Dr can not be trusted and needs to have his license revoked.
