I came into the ER via squad for stomach pain. I know what it is, I've had it before, so I know what works and how to treat it quickly. He said, 'So you're asking for drugs.' He ran lab work and a urine test and a ct scan. Result after result came back abnormal. When I asked him to explain, he said, 'Did you go to medical school?' My reply was, 'don't confuse your 8 year degree with my 31 years of living in my body with this pain.' He was dismissive and rude. I arrived in 10 out of 10 pain and left in 10 out of 10 pain.
