I had a very painful, nasty-looking, inflamed lump on my eye, which kept me from opening it. His staff worked to get me in as an emergency late in the day. Dr Ostler lanced it and cleaned it out. It felt better even as the numbing wore off. The next day, there was very little pain. It's now healing nicely. Dr Ostler explained everything very well. He was gentle but thorough. I was surprised at how little pain there was during the procedure. Even though Dr Ostler stayed late to treat my eye, he didn't rush and was patient, gentle and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Ostler.
