On two different occasions I had appointments scheduled with Dr Riessen. At no point during the appointment did I even see him. When I asked why I was told that he was very busy. I also have experienced a waiting period of as much as 7 days for approval on a couple of my medications. I am a survivor of triple by pass surgery and cardiac arrest not to mention diabetes. I just want to have conversation with my doctor when I have an appointment
