This doctor prescribed the wrong antibiotics and I asked for more details she then proceeded to be very condescending and passive aggressive on the phone. "I have 12 patients to take care of this morning ok?" basically implying that her time is more valuable than mine. I have never had this experience in my life with any medical professionals. She then cancelled my long waited appointment for bloodwork without telling me. Very disappointed on how Valley Health would have this doctor because the previous physician I had was very nice and actually cared and listened.
