Hygienist was fine. Dr. Robertson is more interested in payment than care. Sent me out of office under anesthesia to cash machine. Should have run from the chair when I realized dental water dispenser did not function & overall cleanliness of the exam/room was questionable. He did a rushed crown, no prep/root canal; tooth later became infected underneath. Lost time, money, down time. Recounted the story to a friend, she shuddered, was the same guy that landed her in hospital some years ago. Don’t walk, RUN!!
