Hammer nail guy, unable to handle complex pain presentation. Will weaponize time spent with patient later when confronted with running late, rushing appointment, receiving wrong treatment that failed to consider impact to other health conditions, dehumanizing. Unable to apologize, deflects when confronted. Very snarky then mischaracterizes patient in notes to CYA.
