I’ve been a patient for about 2 years. He’s never the kindest person but honestly very condescending. I put up with it because I trusted him. He failed to call in the new directions for a medication I’ve been taking. Because if this I ran out of my medicine. I started trying to solve this at 8:00 am on Monday. First I’m told that even though their phone system directs you to leave questions for the nurse …” we will never listen to those. You now have to call the appointment desk and we will transfer you to the nurse. “ So Monday was a waste because no one called. Tuesday I call to ask and that’s when I found out they don’t listen to those . so now on Tuesday I started calling twice a day as I was getting upset being without my thyroid medicine. Nothing happened. No calls back. Nothing to my pharmacy. Wednesday same thing. Thursday after calling twice I was told it might be called in. I called my pharmacy only to find out they called in the wrong one. Fri nothing still despite begging crying etc as I’m worried about being 3 weeks without my medicine
