I am a cancer survivor that finished treatment in 2021. Post chemo, I have many medical issues that take a toll on my ability to eat. I use THC to try and help with that. This man ignored my entire patient history and everything that I was telling him, just because he wanted to believe I simply 'had too much'. I have lost 25 pounds in 4 months, I'm just trying to eat and I can promise that the THC was NOT the issue. When I contested being discharged because I'm months late on my yearly check and am used to more thorough care, he asked me 'Well what do you want me to do?' After I asked for a scan, he replied 'Would you like a brain scan??' I had to ask for the scan to be done on my abdomen where the cancer had actually been. He came back later saying that there had actually been something weird in my labs that the scan confirmed. Odd that he'd been trying to just discharge me. There's more I'd like to type, but I'm running out of space and this was the most crucial information.
