Dr. Ratner was unprofessional as he did a questionable assessment. He spoke in a very degrading manner. He had extremely poor bedside manner. He is very arrogant and behaves in a way where he seems annoyed to do patient care or any component of his job. I question his knowledge of medical skills because he seemed clueless and negligent. Also be prepared for a 4 hour wait! RUN!
