Dr. Lalla explained carefully what she would be doing and then kept me up-to-date on the procedures she was undertaking throughout the two-hour appointment. She made sure that I had no pain, expertly extracted an infected tooth. and then cleaned packed the area with the necessary collagen and other materials. Then, the next day, Dr. Lalla texted me to check on how I was doing. Overall, I experience Dr. Lalla as deeply knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and caring. As a consequence, I have complete trust in her decision-making and dental care.
