My husband was admitted to the ER, she started treatment without consulting me and she also had no communication with me. I advised her and the head charge nurse I was his medical proxy as he was unresponsive but she ignored me as did the head charge nurse. They did not care about their level of care but just moved on and did what they wanted. They did not help him use the bathroom for two days and failed to provide updates or calls back or even basic care necessities. When asked if she would speak with our private practice Doctor she refused.
