Dr could care less about patients needs or concerns. I am new to Richmond this practice was recommended by a friend. Waited 45 minutes past appt time to see dr. She was dressed in what looked like a hazmat suit. She didn’t listen to any of my concerns. She suggested I get the shingles vaccine and an EKG. Not sure why she thought I needed EKG since my Blood Pressure was low and I have no family history of heart disease. I hope all the doctors in this practice don’t display this lack of care.
