Dr. Khatoon speaks to the parents of her patients in a very condescending manner, is inconsiderate, arrogant, disrespectful, rude, and has little to no compassion. Both the secretary, Carol, and the nurse, Juanita were very nice and professional and took great care in explaining things that we needed to know. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that she just doesn’t care because she’s leaving the practice, or if she just lacks compassion as to why her personality is so cold.
