Never meeting or speaking to Fargo, this so called Dr. was chosen to review my injury report. My treating M.D. requested additional pt appointments for my injury. For some reason Fargo denies the additional therapy. How are you, Fargo able to determine my well being and physical abilities without meeting anyone?
