I was there for over an hour with my infant to be told by the doctor she does not see patients with my condition. I’m a very understanding person and an honest mistake like this would have not bothered me, yes it would have been annoying, but I would have understood. What bothered me was the way Dr. Amani talks to human beings without consideration or empathy. She was very short, cut me off, and sent me on my way. I tried my best to keep my composure and not start crying then and there. I noticed a girl in the front office also in the verge of tears. I went to my car and let it all out.
