Dr. Fazila Williamson, DDS

My Invisalign treatment had been started by my dentist and paid in full before that practice closed. I was transferred to Cortaro Smiles to finish the treatment. My consultation with Dr. Williamson was chaotic and deeply upsetting. Staff were loudly yelling across the office and laughing outside the treatment room while she repeatedly asked them to quiet down.Dr. Williamson then criticized my previous dentist and told me I would need extreme jaw surgery with months of recovery, even saying I was “too old” for it anyway. I left frightened and confused. I later saw two highly respected orthodontists in Tucson who both said they saw nothing that would justify jaw surgery.Despite providing no treatment, the office has continued to contact me demanding a $400 transfer fee. This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
