Disappointing!! another doctor who is kind and the staff that isn't rude. The doctor and (especially) the staff were extremely extremely rude. I wasn't comfortable seeing a gynecologist alone, so my husband accompanied me. I CHECKED WITH FRONT DESK THAT HE WOULD BE ALLOWED during the check up AND THEY SAID YES. Due to Covid restrictions, he patiently waited outside the office until my turn came (for more than an hour). When my turn came and I checked with the nurse taking my vitals and settling me in, she said he could come in the room now. But the front staff and the Doctor started shouting at him. he tried explaining that we checked but Doctor and staff just don't know how to talk. No way to talk to a patient or family like that. YOU CANNOT. If you cannot speak to your patients and family properly, what's the point?! How can a patient trust you, open up. discuss, let alone rely on you. Have a conversation like educated professionals but they prefered to gang up and shout!
