My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM. After waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes I asked how far behind the doctor was. I was told by the receptionist and the clinical staff that the doctor wasn't running behind. Waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past your appointment is running behind. The office doesn't value my time. I wish I hadn't wasted mine by coming here
