Doesn't listen to what you're saying. Rudely assumed my weight and activity levels were the problem, when I've had the same issue over a decade, been skinny and active in that time. Did not feel heard. Repeated himself over and over, like I was incapable of understanding what he was saying. Probably fine if your problem is a straightforward one, but don't go to him expecting out of the box thinking for mystery problems. Lacks courtesy. Hint: ASK people if they want to discuss weight!
